A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm any appointment. In the event of a rescheduling made within less than 48 hours, the deposit will be retained and applied to a new date. In case of cancellation, a new deposit will be required for any future booking. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will require full payment of the total amount before a new appointment can be scheduled.
