A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm any appointment. In case of rescheduling, a minimum of five days’ notice is required to transfer the deposit; otherwise, the deposit will be fully retained, and a new deposit will be required for any new date. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment will require full payment of the total amount before scheduling a new meeting.
